    Your form is off on the deadlift! Do not arch you back. I find that when I look up or straight ahead like you are doing here my back arches more. Try to keep a neutral neck and spine by looking at little more downward. Also I know it is called a straight leg deadlift but that does not mean you need to lock your knees. Keep your knees a little more relaxed, slightly bent. Stiff leg just means not moving your legs. Focus on the hips. Pretend like you reaching for something on the ground. Deadlift form is really hard to get down lol 😣😣
