Around how many calories do u burn with this workout ? Like I saw the calorie thing at the bottom but I don’t get it

If you’re out of shape and don’t know where to start, I HIGHLY recommend this workout. Remember, you don’t have to do it all the first time! My first week of doing this I only made it about halfway through (skipped some of the plank slaps lol), but TRUST ME when I say it gets easier over time. You WILL feel better about yourself. I promise.

1. gün: Bacaklarım beni taşımıyor artık, 28:27 ‘de bıraktım ve şimdi duşa gidiyorum.O kadar yoruldum ki ya kalpten gideceğim ya da solunum yetmezliğinden. Artık değil abur cubur yemek çaya bile şeker atmamaya karar verdim. İnşallah bu kararlarımın arkasında durabilirim.
2. Gün: Sabah kalktığımda tüm kaslarım ağrıyordu, yürümek ve oturmak bile acı vericiydi, 🙂 Ama ikinci gün egzersizleri yaparken daha rahattım ve tüm egzersizi yapabildim. Burada dikkat edilmesi gereken önemli bir nokta var bence. Bu tarz, aşırı zorlayıcı egzersizlerde mutlaka su içilmesi gerekiyor. Her ne kadar ara vermeden yapmak gerekse de susadığımı hissettiğimde durdurup biraz su içtim. İkincisi, ara vermeden tümünü yapmak ilk günler için çok zor, bu yüzden kendimi zorlamaktansa kısa molalar verdim. Birkaç gün sonra ara vermeden yapabilecek düzeye gelebileceğimi düşünüyorum. Bu arada çayı şekersiz içemedim bu yüzden çayı azalttım 🙂
3. Gün: Alt bacak kaslarım gün boyu o kadar ağrıdı ki egzersizi yapmak için akşam kadar bekledim. Üçüncü günde yapmak çok daha kolay, en azından boğuluyormuş gibi hissetmiyorum. Yine su içmek için aralar verdim ve dinlendim. Tek sorun spor yaparken yüzümün sıcaktan kızarıyor olmasına rağmen vücudumun özellikle üst bacaklarımın buz gibi olması.
Yarın bu egzersize ek olarak yirmi dakikalık kol zayıflatma egzersizlerine de başlayacağım ve otuz gün boyunca devam edeceğim.

I’ve tried many workout videos in the past and this is one of the few ones that I actually enjoy. I will complete this workout for at least 5 days per week, and I’ll keep you’s updated 🙂

Day 1: I managed to complete the entire workout without many breaks, but I sweated a lot. Felt very satisfied by the end of it. Have reduced intake of sweets/sugar but still snack and eat my regular portions

Enough sleeping, drinking more water, cutting down my calories, eating no sugar or once a week, daily yoga and doing cardio 2x times a week is how I lost 17.5 lbs in a month btw🤷🏻♀️
