    Have started your workout but, with all the hard surfaces in the room, the echo makes it difficult to hear you. Some sound panels would kill that problem.

    You need more diffrent weights , you are much stronger on shoulder press Than bicep curl.

    Maddy, what a great workout for all the muscles in my upper body. Sorry to say that I did only the first half of the workout -stopped at 8:20, because my arms just couldn’t take it any more.
