I have been used magnesium citrate which has been best form tolerated and absorbed by my body. I take 110mg pill( Swanson) one hour before sleeping. I sleep very deep and full of realistic dreams, I wake up with good vibe, with a strong erection anyways all night long😂😂😂 like a teenager, my blood preasure 117/75 and relax 65 heart b. The only issue would be in summer, I realized it makes my body temperature gets hotter, no fever, no high blood pressure, it is a sensation of my skin gets hot then I have to cool down with cold shower. Am I the only one who has this side effect? I’ve been thinking it may rise my hormones, like testosterone?

I’ve recently started to take a magnesium supplement before going to sleep each night and noticed that I’ve been waking up actually feeling well rested and no longer have the desire to stay in bed after waking up. Eventually I want to get to a point where I only get it through food instead of a supplement , but this is such a nice start.
I take something called Magnesium Pop it’s really refreshing it’s in powder form tastes good and works well.

I was taking 250mg of Mag oxide and didn’t notice any change. I changed to 500mg per day before bed and within a few days, I felt much more energetic. Now I can’t possibly say the Mag oxide caused that but I was wondering if anyone else had that experience.

Why didn’t you explain the different forms/types of magnesium? And what they do and what it’s good for. Such as memory, or heart, or muscles and or bones, etc?

First off, you look like a combination between Paul Rudd and Phil Mickelson. That’s not a bad thing. Good, informative video and I was in the ER last week for PVC’s. They suggested that I add a Magnesium supplement to my diet. I did. My question is that if it has all these benefits, why don’t we know about it? That’s to say, why isn’t everyone taking it since it seems to have no downside?
