Probiotics are typically lactic acid producing bacteria, the lactic acid they produce comes in two flavours. L-lactic acid is useful, D-lactic acid is toxic in large quantities and this has been shown to behind some cases of brain fog.

    Is having fermented raw grass fed milk everyday a bad idea then?
