I have been on the DASH diet for 7 months now, and I have lost 21 pounds. I believe the reason they have not lost that much weight, is that they have change from eating unhealthy foods to healthy foods, but may not have change the total calorie amount of food. A person can find on the internet different calorie limits, and then the amount of servings per food group. I am on the 2400 calorie limit, and it tells me how many servings I can eat. It beats counting calories.

What???? It’s a diet for hypertension.
Why they mention weight loss is beyond me. Maybe it’s because we are so convinced that forced weight loss is what’s healthy. But that’s wrong. The diet seems to work for hypertension.

Lose the salt, and have normal Blood Pressure again. This means no fast food, boxed, or can soups. Watch the condiments, their are loaded with salt. This only leaves what we were design to ingest , fresh non preserved food.

Not a long time ago, in reality just day or two had passed, I attempted to carry out this blood pressure level plan of action “Zοtοku Weebly” (Gοοgle it) and betterment followed immediately. It definitely is stabilizing!!! In the limited time of TWENTY days, my blood pressure levels lowered. 5 more days and nights went by and my pressure is at the normal stage at 120/55… .

It’s hard for me to believe they didn’t lose more weight. That tells me they are cheating on the diet. And I don’t blame them. A diet like that would be hard for anyone to stick to.

A 20-point decline in my blood pressure level was the result of the “Zοtοku Weebly” 2-week hypertension solution which I searched in Gοοgle. Even so, you need to workout for around THIRTY-FIVE minutes every single day. Overall, I feel much healthier now that my high blood pressure is no more than my normal.. .

8 pounds for a yr of dieting?

  14. Cynthia Murphy on November 30, 2019 at 5:42 pm

Weird they didn’t lose more weight! Over a whole YEAR?? They must have cheated somewhere along the line or Dr. Oz meant a 2-week phase I period. When I do phase I of the DASH diet, I can lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks; it’s truly not that hard. I had hit 200 pounds. No bread, potatoes or beans till phase II, but you stay full. Breakfast is eggs and some bacon. Salads, lean meat, veggie sides for lunch and dinner, sugar-free jello. The jello is a lifesaver that you eat whenever you want since there’s no fruit with phase I. Phase II adds the occasional potato, piece of bread, pasta, etc. I’m mildly hypertensive and still take a pill a day, on or off the diet. The diet didn’t change that. Nothing wrong with a simple diet, Dr. Oz, for crying out loud. Most people eat the same thing repeatedly anyway.
